1 Appellant, John Wallace Satterlee, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-74-2985, for the offense of Robbery With Firearms, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1973 ? 801 [21-801]. At the conclusion of his two stage trial, the jury recommended, and the judge imposed, a sentence of one hundred (100) years imprisonment. From said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
